  2. Apply TOPCLOU Gummy Primer or TOPCLOU Super Base Coat for extra adhesion.
  3. Pick up an appropriate bead of KIKIS Blur Builder Gel and place it near the cuticle.
  4. Sculpt and guide the gel to build your desired structure. The gel will self-level smoothly.
  5. Use a thin liner brush to perfect the cuticle area and side walls for a flawless finish.
  6. Cure for 30 seconds under UV/LED lamp.
  7. Finish with TOPCLOU Crystal Top Coat or proceed with nail art.
