Regular nail polish air-dries and is great for quick color changes. Gel polish, like ours, needs a UV/LED lamp to cure and creates a glossy, long-lasting finish that stays chip-free for weeks.

Yes! Our gel polishes need to be cured under a UV or LED lamp to set properly. They won’t dry like regular nail polish.

Absolutely. Our gels are smooth with salon-grade formulas, easy to control and work well whether you're new to nails or a pro nail tech.

With proper prep and application, our gel polish can last 4-6 weeks of vibrant, chip-resistant wear.

Keep it upright in a cool, dry space away from sunlight or heat. UV exposure will cause gel to harden — so no window sills!

Yes, our gels work on both natural nails and extensions. Just make sure your nails are clean, buffed, and dry before you start.

You can, but for the smoothest finish and longest wear, we recommend sticking with the TOPCLOU or KIKIS system.

Absolutely. Our gels are fully compatible! You can layer, blend, and customize to match your mood.

Yes, and always. We never test on animals, and we don’t use any animal-derived ingredients because beauty should never hurt.

Our gels are 13-Free, formulated without: Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP, Camphor, Parabens, Formaldehyde Resin, Ethyl Tosylamide, Xylene, TPHP, SLS/SLES, Fragrance, Gluten, or animal-derived ingredients. You’ll get salon-grade finish without the unnecessary extras.

Our gels are designed with professional standards in mind. Avoid skin contact and always cure properly for the safest experience.

Peeling usually happens when the nail isn’t fully prepped or cured. Make sure your nails are clean, prepped, and fully dry before applying. Always use a base coat, cap the edges, and cure thoroughly between layers for a full 30 seconds.

Check your lamp wattage and curing time. We recommend using a 36W+ LED/UV lamp for even curing. If layers are too thick, they may stay soft underneath — apply thinner coats for best results.

Avoid soaking your hands in hot water right after curing. Use cuticle oil daily because hydrated nails hold color better and stay glossy longer.

Store it upright and tightly closed. Avoid exposing the brush to direct light. If it thickens a little, roll (don’t shake) the bottle between your palms to redistribute the formula before use.

Yes. Customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are handled by the customer and may be collected by the carrier before delivery.

If you need to make a change, email orders@topclou.group within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order is packed or shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receipt at orders@topclou.group.
